Returns Policy:

All items are carefully checked for possible defects before shipping. In the event of dissatisfaction with an item, it may be returned within two weeks (as long as it has not been used), and the customer will be entitled to an exchange or refund. Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All Deliveries:

Orders will be dispatched within 3 – 5 working days, except for items requiring monogramming, which will be dispatched within 3 – 7 working days.

Deliveries to the UK and EEC Countries:

Shipping via international couriers is charged at our company’s negotiated rate, which includes packing, insurance and freight. Please allow 2 to 4 days shipping time.

Deliveries to Non-EEC Countries:
