We require your name, address, email address, credit/debit card number and credit/debit card expiration date to process your order, and to forward your order confirmation. We also request a telephone number so that we may contact you in a more urgent manner if there is a problem with your order. We pass this information on to our shipping couriers or other agents in case they also need to contact you about the processing and shipping of your order.
Security and Safety
We use secure server software to protect the information you give us whenever you place an order or access your order and account information. This software encrypts your information before it is forwarded to us as required under the United Kingdom data protection legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998 as amended or varied from time to time). We do not pass your information on to any other companies.
We safeguard your privacy by limiting access to customer account information to only those who need access to perform their job. We use only full log in and password controls on our registration and sales order systems to further safeguard your customer account information.

We offer you the option of selecting whether or not you would like to receive occasional newsletters from us via email. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, please email us at email@example.com and we will remove your email address from our records.
