Items must be returned to the following address and be accompanied by the original documentation.

All items are carefully checked for possible defects before shipping.  In the event of dissatisfaction with an item, it may be returned within two weeks (as long as it has not been used) and the customer will be entitled to an exchange or refund. The cost of returning the items are to be paid by the customer.


Monogrammed and Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or refunded.


MLS cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. MLS will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.
